专利说明:
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the general field of devices for smoking a smokable material. Such devices are for example known under the term of water pipe or chicha. In general, a device for smoking a smokable material comprises an upper bowl having a recess for positioning smokable material therein and a chimney open towards the inside of this upper bowl for collecting smoke generated therefrom by combustion of said smokable material. Traditionally, manual filling of an upper bowl with smokable material, for example tobacco or a mixture of tobacco and syrup is carried out manually. This filling is not easy because it is necessary to adjust the quantity of smokable material in the bowl while ensuring that this material is correctly positioned / ventilated to allow good combustion. It should be noted that the amount of smokable material can vary depending on the taste of the user and the number of users wishing to smoke with the device. For example, when the smokable material is molasses, that is to say a mixture of tobacco and syrup, it is necessary to provide approximately 20 grams per user. Adjusting the right amount of molasses is not easy because it is sticky. Furthermore, the smokable material is generally packaged in the form of a package containing a volume of smokable material corresponding to several individual doses. As soon as this package is started, it is necessary to quickly use all of the smokable material of the package, otherwise it will dry out and lose its scent. To remedy some of these drawbacks, the patent document WO2015097424A1 proposes to package the smokable material in a prefabricated capsule intended to be placed in a chamber receiving the capsule, this chamber being under an incandescent hearth. This prefabricated capsule has an upper planar wall and a lower planar wall, these planar walls being perforated to allow the passage of air and fumes through the capsule while avoiding contact between the incandescent material of the hearth and the material to be to smoke. Lids are stuck on the capsule to hide these perforations and thus guarantee conservation of the smokable product. A disadvantage of this device of the prior art is that during its handling and use, smokable material can pass through the perforations of the capsule at the risk of causing contamination and blockages. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a device for smoking a smokable material making it possible to solve all or part of the aforementioned problems of the prior art. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION To this end, according to a first aspect of the invention, there is provided a device for smoking a smokable material comprising an upper bowl having a recess for positioning smokable material therein and a chimney open towards the inside of the upper bowl for collecting there smoke generated by combustion of said smokable material, said upper bowl comprising, inside the recess, positioning surfaces arranged to be able to position a capsule inside the recess of said upper bowl, this capsule containing said smokable material. The device according to the invention is essentially characterized in that the smoking device comprises a perforator adapted to produce at least a first opening for circulation of hot air through a wall of the capsule while this capsule is positioned in the 'recess of the upper bowl and is in abutment against said positioning surfaces. This first opening for the circulation of hot air is preferably connected to the chimney by a tubular portion extending from the wall of the capsule and up to the chimney where this tube is preferably connected to sealing. By making the first opening for the circulation of hot air using a perforator belonging to the device and while the capsule is positioned in the recess of the upper bowl, a standardized perforation quality is obtained both in terms of positioning of the perforation only in terms of perforation dimensions while limiting the risk of smokable material spilling out of the upper bowl (for example during handling of the capsule). Thus, the device according to the invention facilitates the placement of the smokable material. Furthermore, after use, the user can remove the capsule with the smoked material it contains, which facilitates cleaning of the device. Another advantage of the device according to the invention is that the perforations made through the capsule remain homogeneous from one capsule to another. The need for training of the user is thus reduced since he no longer needs to learn to measure, aerate the smokable material and no longer needs to learn to distribute the perforations in the wall of the capsule. The combustion characteristics are thus homogenized. According to a second aspect, the invention relates to an assembly comprising: - A device according to any one of the embodiments of the device presented in this description; and - A capsule having a wall defining an internal space in the capsule containing a volume of smokable material, this capsule being placed inside the recess of said upper bowl and being in abutment against said positioning surfaces, the perforator passing through of this wall of the capsule and defining at least a first opening for circulation of hot air through the wall of the capsule. In a preferred embodiment of the assembly according to the invention, the perforator passes through the wall of the capsule and produces there, in addition to said at least one first opening for circulation of hot air, at least one second opening for circulating hot air, said at least one first opening for circulating hot air and said at least one second opening for circulating hot air being distinct from each other and being separated from one other so as to form a baffle inside the capsule. The baffle inside the capsule promotes a homogeneous mixture between the fumes generated by the combustion of the smoking material and the hot air admitted into the capsule. According to this preferred embodiment of the assembly according to the invention, it is also possible that the capsule wall comprises: - A bowl having a bottom and an annular peripheral wall of the bowl, this annular peripheral wall of bowl defining an upper opening of the bowl; - a cover closing the upper opening of the bowl; - The volume of smokable material being placed in the bowl, against the bottom of the bowl by defining a high level of smokable material in the capsule, this high level being at a distance from said cover; - Said first hot air circulation opening being a smoke outlet opening formed through the wall of the capsule, above said high level of smokable material in the capsule; and - Said second hot air circulation opening being an air inlet opening in the capsule formed through the wall of the capsule, above the high level of smokable material in the capsule. Having these first and second air circulation openings made through the wall of the capsule and above the high level of smokable material keeps this material away from the openings to prevent it does not escape from the perforated capsule. The lid which extends through the upper opening to close it constitutes a privileged area of perforation. For this, the cover is preferably made of a material less resistant to puncture / punching than is the material constituting the bowl. To this end, the cover is preferably formed of a material whose thickness is less than the thickness of the material constituting the bowl. For example, the cover and the bowl are essentially made of aluminum. Thus, the cover may be an aluminum sheet of thickness less than 0.2 mm while the aluminum bowl is of thickness greater than 0.3 mm. Preferably, the periphery of the cover is fixed in leaktight fashion along a peripheral edge of the upper opening of the bowl, for example by crimping, bonding, welding or soldering or another sealing means. . The constituent material of the capsule is preferably of food grade. To this end, a food-protective varnish can be applied inside the capsule so that the smoking material is only in contact with a varnished surface. This varnish can also be used to stick the lid to the rim of the bowl. According to a third aspect, the invention relates to a capsule having a wall delimiting a space internal to the capsule containing a volume of smokable material, the wall of the capsule comprising: - A bowl having a bottom and an annular peripheral wall of the bowl, this annular peripheral wall defining an upper opening of the bowl; - a cover closing the upper opening of the bowl; - The volume of smokable material being placed in the bowl, against the bottom of the bowl and defining a high level of smokable material in the capsule, this high level being at a distance from said cover. This capsule is characterized in that the bottom of the bowl has a central zone rising above the volume of smokable material and above said high level of smokable material. The first opening can thus be formed through this central zone of the bottom of the bowl while being above the high level of the volume of smokable material contained in the capsule. Thanks to this central zone of the bottom of the bowl placed above the high level of the volume of smokable material, it is possible to evacuate hot air and smoke via a first opening for circulation of hot air passing through the bottom of the capsule. and that without risk of blockage of this first opening. Once the capsule wall is perforated by this first opening, the smokable material can be combusted to generate smoke which is evacuated via this first opening of circulation, this material smokable remaining in the capsule, at distance from this first opening. We limit so the risk of smear of the fireplace by smokable material. Furthermore, thanks to this central zone which makes it possible to locate a first opening for circulation of hot air in a central zone of the capsule, the air can pass through the capsule, radially, going towards this first central opening. This air moves along and above the high level of the volume of smokable material, going from the periphery of the capsule towards the central zone of the bottom where the first opening is located. This air circulation contributes to obtaining a homogeneous combustion of the smokable material while limiting the migration of this smokable material out of the capsule. According to a fourth aspect, the invention relates to a method of using a device for smoking a smokable material according to any one of the embodiments of the device of the invention described in the present description. This method of use includes: - The establishment of a capsule inside the recess of said upper bowl, this capsule having a wall defining an internal space in the capsule, this internal space containing a volume of smokable material, this wall of the capsule being resting against said positioning surfaces, the wall of the capsule comprising a bowl and a cover closing an upper opening of the bowl, the volume of smokable material being placed in this bowl, against the bottom of the bowl by defining a high level of smokable material in the capsule, this high level being at a distance from said cover; then a flow of hot air is generated inside the capsule, from a second opening for circulation of hot air towards a first opening for circulation of hot air, these first and second openings for circulation of hot air being made through the wall of the capsule above the high level of smokable material and being spaced from each other. This method has the advantage of the aforementioned assembly because it limits the risks of the smokable material leaving the capsule via said openings through the capsule wall. Preferably, according to this method according to the invention, after the positioning of the capsule inside the recess of said upper bowl, the method comprises the production of said first and second openings for circulation of hot air, these first and second openings being made using a perforator forming a perforation cover, this perforation cover at least partially closing a capsule insertion passage in said recess of the upper bowl, this passage being formed between an area external to said bowl upper and said recess of the upper bowl. This is advantageous since the capsule remains sealed until the perforation cover is put in place, which closes the passage to the recess of the upper bowl where the capsule is located. The flavors of the smokable material are thus preserved until the time of consumption by the user. Preferably, according to this method according to the invention, the perforation cover comprises at least one tube provided with a cutting edge formed at a first terminal end of this tube and adapted to perforate the capsule wall, said first circulation opening d hot air being created by driving the tube through the wall of the capsule. This tube opens out of the capsule thus perforated opposite the chimney to allow the circulation of a flow of hot air between this tube and the chimney, a lateral perforation of this tube then being located inside. of the capsule, above said high level of smokable material and each at least one second opening being formed through the cap of the capsule, by a cutout shape carried by this same perforation cover. This tube is thus shaped to allow circulation of hot air inside the tube, between said lateral perforation which is in the capsule (positioned in the recess of the upper bowl and pressing against said positioning surfaces) and said first end of the tube which is outside the capsule, facing the smoke collection chimney. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION As indicated above, the invention relates to a device 1 for smoking a smokable material 2. The smokable material 2 is here tobacco or a mixture of tobacco and syrup, this mixture also being called molasses. As illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, this device 1 comprises an upper bowl 10 having a recess 11 for positioning smokable material there 2 and a chimney 12 open towards the inside of the upper bowl 10 for collecting smoke generated therefrom. combustion of said smokable material 2. As can be understood from FIG. 1, this chimney 12 plunges into a vase at the bottom of which is a volume of liquid (here water) into which the end of the chimney 12 opens. If necessary, this chimney 12 can be made of several removable parts. A suction tube extends outside the vase, between a suction nozzle intended to be put in the mouth by the user and a connection connecting this suction tube to the vase. This suction tube allows the user to suck in air / smoke present in the vase, above the volume of liquid. By carrying out this aspiration, the user generates a depression in the vase who force a flux air at through of the fireplace 12 going from 1 ' recess internal at bowl superior 10 towards 1 'int érieur of the vase. This allows smoke from the combustion of the smokable material 2 to be drawn into the vessel via the liquid which acts as a filter and means for cooling the hot air / smoke. The fumes inhaled by the user thus have improved taste characteristics. The upper bowl 10 comprises, inside the recess 11, positioning surfaces 110 arranged to be able to position / wedge, a capsule 3 inside the recess 11 of said upper bowl to prevent it from s 'moves there. These positioning surfaces 110 are arranged to prevent translations of the capsule in a plane perpendicular to a direction of insertion of the capsule in one, of course, and to form an axial abutment of the capsule in this direction of insertion. The support of the capsule 3 against said positioning surfaces 110 is here produced at the level of the lower external face of the capsule wall which is of complementary shape to the positioning surfaces 110. The lower external face of the capsule has a shape of revolution which when observed in cross section in a plane containing the axis of revolution has a shape of W. To allow better distribution and combustion of the smoking material, the three vertices of this W shape are rounded, that is to say without sharp angles. The recess 110 formed inside the upper bowl 10 is also a form of revolution complementary to the shape of the lower external face of the capsule, only the central part of this form of revolution of the recess has a passage in which opens the chimney 112. This capsule 3 contains said smokable material 2 which is molded in the capsule against the lower internal face of the capsule. The smoking device comprises a perforator 4 adapted to produce at least a first opening for circulation of hot air 31 through a wall of the capsule 3 while this capsule 3 is positioned in the recess of the upper bowl 10 and is resting against said positioning surfaces 110. More specifically, the perforator 4 comprises at least one tube 41 provided with a cutting edge 410 formed at a first terminal end of this tube 41, this cutting edge being adapted to produce a perforation PI in the capsule wall 3. This tube 41 is thus arranged to create said first opening for circulation of hot air 31 through the wall of the capsule. As illustrated in FIG. 2, this tube 41 opens facing the chimney 12 to allow the circulation of a flow of hot air F between the tube 41 and the chimney 12. This tube 41 also includes a lateral perforation 411 of the tube which opens out inside said recess 11 shaped to receive said capsule 3, this tube being shaped to allow circulation of hot air inside the tube, between said lateral perforation 411 and said first terminal end of the tube 41. In this case, this lateral perforation 411 is shaped to open into the capsule 3 when it East positioned / wedged in the recess 11 from the bowl Supé laughing 10.The recess 11 of the upper bowl 10 s summer nd between a low limit lb and a high limit Lh himself found above said lower limit. In other words, when using the smoking device, the upper limit Lh of the recess is placed above the lower limit Lb of the recess. The lateral perforation 411 of the tube is closer to the upper limit Lh of the recess than it is to the low limit Lb of the recess. This makes it possible to limit the risk that the lateral perforation 411 does not dive into the smoking material when the capsule is in the recess and is perforated by the tube 41. As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, the perforator 4 comprises a perforation cover 43 comprising a first perforation part 431 (see the detail in FIG. 7). This perforation cover 43 is arranged to at least partially close a capsule insertion passage in said recess 11 of the upper bowl. This passage is formed between an area external to said upper bowl 10 and said recess of the upper bowl to allow insertion of the capsule. The cover 43 can be removably assembled on the upper bowl 10 so as to selectively clear the capsule insertion passage. Thus, the capsule is removably positioned in the recess so that it can be extracted from this recess once the perforation cover is removed and the passage freed. This cover 43 is arranged so that when it is positioned to at least partially close the capsule insertion passage, its first perforation part 431 is oriented so as to be able to extend into the recess in order to be able to pass through the wall of the capsule 3 placed in the recess. This first perforation part is thus arranged to define said at least one first opening for circulation of hot air 31 through the capsule wall. The first perforation part 431 is here formed by said tube 41, this tube has a second closed terminal end which is connected to the perforation cover 43. The first terminal end which carries the cutting edge 410 opens into the chimney 12 to form a tight connection between the chimney 12 and the periphery of the first terminal end of the tube 41. This sealed connection can be made using a choice of material of the chimney 12 and of the tube 41 allowing sealing by interlocking tube / chimney or using at least one joint extending between the chimney and the tube. Thus, the tube 41 can be rigid while the chimney material can be flexible, such as heat-resistant silicone. This perforation cover 43 is preferably made of a material having: - on the one hand a coefficient of thermal conductivity greater than 20 W-m-l-K-1 for a temperature of 20 ° C; and - on the other hand, a melting temperature above 450 ° C. The cover 43 can thus withstand the heat occasioned during the combustion of material at to smoke all in allowing, the optionally of to transfer of the heat to the material at smoking himself found in the capsule to activate her combustion. Typically, the material of the cover can be chosen from aluminum, mild steel, stainless steel, titanium, copper, brass, bronze and their alloys. To favor the transfer of heat from the cover to the capsule, the cover may have shapes complementary to the upper external face of the capsule to be in abutment against this upper face when the capsule is in the recess 11 and the cover closes the capsule insertion passage. As illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the device also includes a heating chamber 5, this heating chamber is separated from said recess 11 formed in the upper bowl 10 by said perforation cover 43. Here, the heating chamber 5 is a volume delimited by an external peripheral wall. A first end of this chamber 5 is open towards the perforation cover 43. A second end of this heating chamber is partially closed by a cover having vents with adjustable sections by movement of a cover shutter (here the shutter is pivotally mounted and is moved using a gripping rod) As illustrated in FIG. 3, fixing screws, here three fixing screws, are used to assemble the cover 43 against the edge of the outer peripheral wall delimiting the heating chamber 5. This is useful to facilitate temperature conduction while allowing disassembly of the heating chamber 5. As illustrated in FIGS. 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, the capsule 3 has a wall delimiting an internal space 33 in the capsule, this internal space containing a volume of smokable material 2. This capsule wall consists of: - A bowl 34 having a bottom and an annular peripheral wall of the bowl, this annular peripheral wall defining an upper opening 34a of the bowl 34; and - a cover 35 closing the upper opening 34a from bowl 34.The volume smokable material 2 East square in the bowl, against the bottom of the bowl and defining a level high NH, substantially plan, of material smokable in the capsule. This high NH level is at a distance from the gate 35. The bottom of the bowl 34 has a central zone Zc which rises above the volume of smokable material 2 and above said high NH level of smokable material (this high NH level here takes the form of a flat disc). The recess 11, the capsule 3 and the perforator 4 which here has the form of a perforation cover 43 are shaped so that when the capsule is in the recess 11 and the perforator 4 at least partially blocks the passage of the capsule towards the recess, then a first part 41 of the perforator (here a tube 41) crosses the wall of the capsule in said central region of the bottom of the bowl 34 to form said at least one first air circulation opening hot 31. It can be seen that the perforator passes through the entire capsule by first perforating the cover 35 and then the central zone of the bottom of the bowl to have a first opening of traffic 31 opposite of the fireplace 12.The perforator 4 also goes to through of the wall of the capsule 3 to achieve it, at distance of the first opening of air circulation hot 31, at at least a second hot air circulation opening 32 so as to form a baffle for circulation of hot air inside the capsule 3. To this end, as illustrated in FIGS. 3, 7, 8, 9, the perforation cover 4 comprises a second part of perforator 42 arranged to produce said at least one second opening for circulation of hot air 32 when this capsule is positioned in the recess 11 and that the perforation cover 4 is positioned against the upper bowl 10 to at least partially close the capsule insertion passage. Preferably, each second part of the perforator 42 arranged to produce a second opening for circulation of hot air 32 has a face oriented towards the capsule which is a portion of a frustoconical surface. It will be noted that the face of the perforation cover 4 facing the heating chamber has heat conduction pads. The terminal ends of these studs extend to the same plane and together define a support plane of combustible material (here coal). It is noted that each second part of the perforator 42 carries several of these studs. The perforator 4 is arranged so that each of said at least one second hot air circulation opening 32 is an air inlet opening in the capsule and is formed through the cover 35 of the capsule 3, above the high NH level of the volume of smokable material in the capsule and at the periphery of this cover. Thus, while said at least one first opening for circulation of hot air 31 is made at the central zone Zc of the bottom of the bowl 34, each at least one second opening for circulation of hot air 32 is formed in part peripheral of the cover 35. This creates a baffle of air circulation in the capsule which is exclusively placed above the high level NH of the volume of smokable material. More precisely, as illustrated in FIG. 10, after perforation of the cover 35 by the perforator 4, it can be seen that there are three second openings 32 distinct from one another and distributed at 120 °. Each of these openings 32 is produced by cutting the cover along a cut line composed of a circular line extending at a fixed distance from a central point of the capsule and two straight lines delimiting on either side the circular line. As illustrated in FIG. 10, the cutting line is open so that the seal portion (s) 35 thus cut (s) remain (s) attached (s) to the rest of the seal at a connecting portion formed between the circular line LC and the point central Pt of the capsule. Each serving operculum so cut form a flap plunging into the capsule going from the center to the periphery of the capsule. Each flap thus formed by the creation of one of the second openings 32 makes it possible to form a baffle in the capsule 3. Each baffle limits the exit of the smokable material out of the capsule via an opening 32 while participating in a good distribution of the hot air in the capsule. The lid portion thus cut and forming a flap remains attached to the rest of the capsule and forms a protective screen for the perforator 4 preventing contact between the smokable material and the perforator 4. In other words, the shape of the perforator is adapted to cut the cover such that each portion of cover thus cut forms a flap immersed in the capsule, each flap thus formed remaining attached to the rest of the capsule by a connecting part between this flap and the rest of the cover so as to prevent contact between the smokable material and the portion or portions of the perforator 4 which are inside the capsule. To this end, the perforation is assembled on the upper bowl via an assembly allowing relative pivoting of the cover against the upper bowl, between a first pivoting position where the cover perforates the capsule wall 35 and a second pivoting position where these perforations are enlarged to form said first and second openings for circulation of hot air. In the embodiment presented, this assembly is a bayonet assembly. In this case, as illustrated in Figures 3, 6 and 7, the cover 4 has three peripheral bayonets spaced apart at 120 °, and the upper bowl has three grooves also spaced apart at 120 °. Each bayonet enters one of the grooves which corresponds to it and can slide there during the passage of the cover between its first and second pivoting positions. Alternatively, could be assembled on the upper bowl via threads (screw nut assembly). The tube 41 which is provided with the cutting edge 410 has an outer shape of a straight cylinder centered on the cover and extending along an axis of revolution of the cover. During its passage between its first and second pivoting positions, the cover pivots relative to the upper bowl along this axis of revolution. Three cutting shapes 36 each having a circular cutting edge are formed under the perforation cover 43. Each of these shapes 36 is used to make one of the second openings 32 which corresponds to it when the cover is pivoted. By this symmetrical arrangement of the second openings 32 around the first opening 31, a homogeneous displacement of the combustion limit surface in the capsule is obtained at each instant of the combustion. The combustion limit surface is the surface which delimits a volume of smokable material already burnt with respect to a volume of smokable material remaining to be burnt. This combustion limit surface progresses inside the capsule from a high NH level towards the bottom of the bowl. As the smokable material is arranged in a ring around the central zone Zc, the combustion limit forms a homogeneous hollow disc around the central zone. The invention is not limited to what has just been described above and it can combine some of the embodiments of the device, the assembly and the capsule presented above. For example, the heating chamber 35 described above is formed above the recess 11 and is separated from this recess 11 by the perforation cover. However, it is also possible that the heating chamber is formed on the sides or below the recess 11. Likewise, the heating can be carried out using a heating device, such as for example a heating resistor which does not necessarily require a heating chamber. Thus, it could be envisaged that the cover incorporates such a resistance. It is also conceivable that the heating resistor is simply placed in the heating chamber produced according to any one of the embodiments of the heating chamber presented above.
